Our aim is to provide clients a transparent, professional and cost effective management service. We can provide this standard of service by combining our experienced property management team with contemporary property management  and accounts software. Eaton-Terry Clark Block Management is able to provide a flexible management package which ensures your assets are managed in an effective and efficient way. We are able to fully manage your development or allow you to have as much control and input as you like. Large expenditure over an agreed amount will only be authorised after consultation. This provides financial control and peace of mind to suit all clients. Communication is critical to the smooth running of any estate. To achieve this we ensure that we are not only professional but approachable.

1. We are an independent, locally based Residential Estate and Block Management Company located in Exmouth. We are accessible by telephone and email with an out-of-hours emergency number. Our management portfolio covers East Devon, Exeter and Somerset.
2. We operate individual Client Accounts for all monies held and administered. These are held in accordance with Sections 42 and 42A of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Each account is specific to the individual block and at no time would funds be jointly held with any other block’s monies.
3. We have established good working relationships with many independent local contractors who provide us with efficient, reliable services. We adopt a policy of continuous improvement; therefore we review our contractors’ skills and services on a regular basis. We also check that all contractors have the necessary qualifications, insurance and if applicable, professional trade body membership.
4. Eaton-Terry Clark Block Management has a comprehensive complaints procedure and is a member of the Property Ombudsman’s independent redress scheme.
